Have you heard of the trend to have Yoga classes with animals? While I have never ventured out for Goat Yoga, our gym did sponsor a Puppy Yoga class in conjunction with one of our local animal rescues. Let's be very honest. I did very little yoga over the course of that hour. I did do a lot of snuggling with puppies, and laughing when I was watching them play! How about you? Have you ever been to a yoga class with animals? What was your experience?
