Librarything is on online home for book lovers. You can catalog the books that you've read, keep track of the books you want to read, and connect with other book lovers. I've been a member of Librarything since they began. While I haven't been as active as I once was, this year, I am going to go back to reading more. First of all, I have to read books for work. New field for me, I'm a librarian, it really helps to understand the subject so that I can better help the students. Secondly, I have a passion for reading Young Adult literature. Some of the most amazing, wonderful, and imaginatively written books since the turn of the century have come out of the pens of Young Adult Novelists. I have drifted away from YA literature over the past year, but now that I have more time, I intend to read more new YA literature.

I'd like to think I'm going to post on Library Thing, too, but since one of my resolutions was to cut back on Social Media, we'll see how that goes!

This book is 15 years old, so much of the cutting edge information contained within the book is no longer cutting edge! Regardless, a fascinating read aimed at women's health issues. I do feel that women often get overlooked in medicine - especially where heart disease is concerned. So, even though the material might be considered "dated" by some, it is still worth your time to be informed about your health - and how your choices impact your health!
