Library Pictures

I love me my libraries!  Maybe this is why I'm a librarian!  All of the knowledge and wisdom of the ages is located in the library - just waiting for you.  Even better?  If it's a public library - that information is FREE. Yup, all you have to do is walk in the door, get a library card, and you can check this information out and take it home.  I hope you realize what a unique time in history in which we live - we have an educated populace.  Everyone can read.  Public Schooling is available for everyone, regardless of gender or race.  In many times and places, that has not been the case.  Reading, writing, and arithmetic were the purview of the very rich ruling class.  Education and ideas were denied to the common, ordinary person.
