Pizza Dough Recipe

This is from the recipe book I gave to oldest son for his college graduation.  I am currently copying recipes out of this book for the younger two children.  I had him bring the book home for break just so that I could copy all of the recipes out!

This is a yeast dough, and requires raising time.  Be prepared to spend a couple of hours getting the dough ready for dinner!

Put dough onto cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Cover ad let rise 30 minutes.

Bake in a 375* oven for 20 minutes.

Gluten Free Pizza Dough Recipe

I use this recipe that I found at Bob's Red Mill. (External Link to Bob's Red Mill.)

The dough is very sticky, and unlike wheat flour, you need to keep your hands WET to keep the dough from sticking.  It's a really, really good recipe!
